Returns and Exchanges
> Custom items cannot be returned once received by the buyer.> Custom items cannot be cancelled once fabric is bought or item completed.If it is agreed that an order can be cancelled part-way through, the Studio reserves the right to continue making the work and sell via a convention or online should the work be near completion. This applies even if the work is of the client’s own design. Alterations will be made where possible to change the design from the clients original design. If alterations are not possible, the work will be sold as per the original design.Premade items, sold as is, can be returned within reason within 14 working days from arrivalIn this case the cost of the item, not shipping, is refunded when the item is returned to the StudioThe item must be in the condition it arrived in, should the item be damaged upon its arrival back to the Studio a further fee will be deducted from the refundShould the item incur additional custom and import fees due to an incorrectly filled out customs form on the return label, this fee will be deducted from the refundIt is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the item back to the StudioCosts of returns (including fees such as import charges) due to Studio error (e.g. the wrong item is sent) will be covered by the StudioThe Studio holds no responsibility for wear and tear on products, or damage caused by inquisitive children or pets.

What currencies do you take?All quotes and prices are in GBP (Pound Sterling £) only. All my plushie items are made for ages 14+ years and only as collectors pieces, costume pieces again are made for ages 14+ years only.None of my items have been tested for child use, none of them are CE certified, and as such I strongly advise against giving items made by myself to children under 14 years oldI would like a fully custom item made where a new pattern needs designing, can you do it?If the design you wish to have made requires an entirely new pattern to be designed from scratch, whether it be a plushie, fursuit or cosplay item, I will not take it on.Custom items that I accept are based only on patterns I have already designed and am offereing via https://ko-fi.com/fpstudios/commissions, alterations to the pattern may be made, but I will not take on brand new pattern designs.Do you make fursuit heads, partials or full suits?In a word, no. I currently have no plans to make fursuits or fuitsuit headsWhen will my item ship?Depending on what you bought, it could be up to 8 weeks before a customised item is shipped. All processing times are listed on their respective listings. Be it on Etsy, Ko-Fi or discussed via email.This processing time does not include shipping time, which varies greatly depending on location.Please also note, that items bought together will be shipped together. > USADue to difficulties in shipping (e.g. constant delays or losses) or complex importing requirements, I do not offer shipping to countries not on this list, this unfortunately does include most of the EU.My item was dispatched but it's been a while, where is my item?All items (excluding some smaller items shipped within the UK) are sent tracked. A tracking number will be provided on your dispatch note. You can use this number on any tracking website (Royal Mail / USPS / Canada post etc) to see where it is.If it has been a couple of weeks, and your item's tracking information has not updated for a while or isn't showing correctly, feel free to message myself with the number and I'll see if I can get more information. Please contact me via the website you purchased from to save confusion.In most cases though, the information shown online is all I can get.Items are classed as lost it is hasn't arrived after the below days from their estimated arrival date;+ 10 working days for 1st Class (UK)
+ 5 working days for Special Delivery (UK)+ 25 working days for International Tracked / Tracked & Signed AirmailUntil the above times have passed, I cannot look into compensation for a lost item or a potential replacement.My item arrived damaged, can you help?If an item was damaged during transit, please take photographs of the packaging and the product and I will contact the shipping company to arrange compensation. I can only give compensation if they provide it, as it is their insurance that covers damage in transit.If the item was damaged after it has been left by by the courier because it was left somewhere unsafe e.g. left on your doorstep or with a neighbour, that is an issue you will need to take up yourself with your local delivery depo. There is nothing I can do in this situation.I also do not offer compensation for damage caused by inquisitive children, adults or petsMy item seems smaller/larger than expected, what can you do?All items are measured with an estimated size. As they are hand made, small errors should be expected. However the difference should be minimal.Where measurements are given, please make sure you use a ruler or tape measure to check sizing in person. As trying to imagine sizes is very difficult.However if you have received, say, a small wolf tail where you ordered a large one, I will of course sort a replacement.Do you offer collections?As most websites like Etsy and Paypal require dispatch tracking to enable seller/buyer protection, I cannot offer collections on products purchased online.You can however request items be set side for you if you are a subscriber of ours on Ko-Fi and if I am vending at the convention you are attending. However these reservations will only be available for day one of the convention.
